A Few Words About Some of Our Menu Features

Ray’s ‘burgers are made with fresh, never frozen, 100% Angus beef.  Angus beef differs from hamburger meat used in many restaurants and - even grocery stores - because Angus is pure beef and does not include by-products. 

  • French Fries

Our French fries are made from large select Idaho potatos.  To preserve the nutritional value, we leave the skin on.  When Rays first opened, we experienced some periodic sogginess in the fries.  However, we believe we have nipped this problem in the spud.

  • Signature Crab Cake

The crab cakes included on our menu are the same as those served in the full-service restaurants (under other brand names) currently owned and operated by our founder, Ray.  Unlike most crab cakes served in many well-known upscale restaurants, the Signature Crab Cake is made almost entirely of select crab. 

  • Chicken Nuggets and Tenders

Rays nuggets and tenders are made from whole white meat chicken, not from reprocessed chicken which may contain various chicken parts and other ingredients.

  • Transfat-free Oils

Only transfat, cholesterol-free oils are used in our fryers avoiding the unhealthy effects of oils that contain transfats.

  • No Peanut Products
