Commissions - 2 Programs

1- Referral Agent

You refer a borrower that is expecting our call and when the loan closes we pay you 10% of the points charged to the borrower.

2- Independent Loan Officer

A loan officer is one who finds the borrower, submit an application to CFS, and provide limited services to the borrower during the loan funding period. We offer 55% of the gross points including front and yield spread (YSP) when available.
